The problem with the MP3 poll is the majority of people listen to music on "stereos", "walkmen", etc. Even the home "hi-fi" system is likely to be anything but. For goodness sake why do most people just look for the highest wattage speakers without taken into account, peak, RMS, or THD.
I remeber the first time I listened to Oasis "Definately Maybe" on a quality stereo and it sounded awful.
