I know (and probably most other posters on this forum know) that Slim Devices, SlimServer and SB3/Transporter are an irresistable combo to the more geeky 'audiophile' punter. There's a certain cachet in being (or at least, thinking that you are) ahead of the curve. And my experience of personally dealing with SD reinforces that 'select' appeal. They are/were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I fear all of this will be lost with the move to Logitech. Logitech felt they had a gap in their portfolio and so casually purchased SD to plug that gap. And, in my experience, Logitech produce crap products. -- MikeWynneDub ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MikeWynneDub's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7230 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=29081 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
