Just saw a review of this at:

The reviewer wrote something a little strange:

and later:

So which is it, transmit or receive?

Transmitting could be very useful if you use the device as a GPS
navigator in the car, which is the only way I could justify purchasing
it.  Receiving FM is nice as well and is probably what the viewer
meant, but it's not as good as transmitting for me.
