That sounds like a problem with the media streamer, not with the Nokia770 skin or the browser. Stream to the N800, close your browser (your stream should continue to play via the audio player), and see if the memory spike is still there. If so, the issue has nothing to do with the Nokia770 skin, but with the N800's streaming audio player.
