I got v6.5.1 working in Vista. Had to add the 2 exceptions mentioned before to the firewall (scanner.exe & mysqld.exe); slim.exe added itself to the firewall when Vista prompted to give it access. I also had to set Slim.exe as a delayed auto start in Services.
My tray icon still doesn't work, but at least the rest does. Does anybody know when a version is going to be available for Vista where everything works and it's easy to setup?
