The idea on the Linux system is the same as on Windows: create one main folder you're using as the music folder in SlimServer. Then have links/shortcuts pointing to the other drives. In Linux you do this by creating symlinks. Go to your music folder and create a link running "ln -s /mnt/sdX disk1" - replace the sdX with the different mount points of your drives.
