Okay i actually removed a couple of other albums SC was choking on and the scan now runs through fine, 2 hours quicker than before! (Although i have no idea what was wrong with the files) It has also removed the itunes videos from the library.
However i'm still seeing albums of the same name mixed up. Also another quick question; as i've used itunes all my music has soundcheck values, which doesn't seem to have done its job all that well.
