Move the mpouse over the Favorites title bar and you will see a "pencil" icon on the right hand side. Click the "pencil" and you are now editing Favorites. To edit the favorites entry - click on the entry.
The alternatives would be to use a text editor such as Wordpad but only SC is not running in case the file is open. This is easiest if doing bulk editing (e.g. global text replace on all lines). Another alternative is to use the SC builtin OPML editor - goto to Plugins Favorites and enable the OPML editor.
