Some of this has been done already (by hand). In the little time I had to research the MediaWiki site, I couldn't find any scripts / tools / plug-ins that would automate the task. I'm guessing it could possibly be done with one of the regex tools, but that's out of my league. We're a bit short on the web IT side, in terms of time, so the Kwiki "camel case" page titles will probably hang around for a while longer.
