ditto.  Compared to, say, yahoo or gmail, I don't recall it being too  
terrible.  Especially for the size of AOL's installed userbase.  That  
said, I agree that you shouldn't be required to provide telnet  
sessions from each of your edge servers.  Seems excessive, and I'm  
glad I haven't yet had the pleasure to meet their new requirements.
