Damion,

Paul already mentioned the CCNA study material and I would second that. 
I just completed the ICND1 course and that would cover most of what you 
are after.  ICND2 gets into more details related to OSPF and EIGRP, STP, 
etc.

Doug mentioned OSPF and that would definitely be good to know, though if 
you are all Cisco, EIGRP is another good option and tends to be a bit 
easier to configure (other than the authentication part).  EIGRP is 
proprietary though, so learn OSPF if you need to interoperate with other 
vendor's equipment.

If you are a fan of training rather than all reading, I can recommend 
getting a "Cisco Technologies All Access" subscription at The Training 
Consortium (http://ttclive.com/).  This is online training, both live and 
recorded, where you can go through as many official Cisco courses as you 
like in a 1 year span.  You have access to online books, the class 
material, practice exams, virtual labs, etc.
