There aren't many available. If you like interactive fiction, als
known as text adventures, there is a program called Zoom which will
allow you to play Infocom and other popular titles, many of which you
can download for free from the interactive fiction archive at www.if-
archive.org

There is one cross platform audio game which has a Mac version, but I
don't have that link handy. It was reviewed in the last episode of
Screenless Switchers, a podcast devoted to blind Mac users. You can
get that and other episodes from www.ScreenlessSwitchers.com
Presumably, Sryth is fine, as it is a browser based RPG, but I've not
tried it with VoiceOver. It is at www.sryth.com
