We seem to be getting very different information Greg, although, I am
uch more inclined to believe the state side news than I am the UK
venders.
I really do think Apple should have represented themselves at Sight
Village, it would have ben a good opportunity for them to show the
mac to a wide audience of Blind and Partially Sighted people. I am
thinking of perhaps seeing if i can get a place at SV 2008 to show
the OS leopard with its improved accessibility, as well as Leopard
more generally.

Humanware: I must say I find Humanwares response to Apple
inconsistent. I just released iStream a Mac utility to their Stream
reader. They seemed cool to the idea that people would use the
Stream with a Mac. Their BrailleNote devices, but not the
BrailleNote BK, will connect with Mac using MissingSync software
from Mark/Space
GW Micro's BrailleSence is fully compatible with MAC with
MissingSync software.
Freedom Scientific has been working closely with Apple and myself.
Their PACMATE devices are fully compatible and I have tested them
quite extensively. I know they are sending braille displays to
Cupertino.

that Freedom Scientific' displays will be supported, but don't
take this as absolute proof please!!!
