Hi. When you go in to automator, you see two tables. The first is for the the different sections of automator actions, and the second table is for the actions themselves. You can have the first table sorted by either application or category. If you sort by application, you will see every program that has automator actions. I'm not sure how many third party programs come with automator actions. The only one I have is sound studio. As for your specific example of having something update all podcast feeds, I don't believe there is an automator action to have itunes do this. However, there is an updateAllPodcasts apple script command.

I have a couple of Automator questions that maybe some of you can answer. I want to know how can I tell if a application can work with Automator? What is a tell tell sign? Is this program so cool that I can right something that can select all my pod-cast in I Tunes and update them with a single click or press of a button? I also want to know does these scripts stop working or get broken when you update the system or move from Tiger to Leopard? Any answers would be helpful because the stuff I have seen is unbelievable, taking a webpage, placing it into Text Edit and then converting it into voice. WOW.
