Drag and drop and main content area

Listers how does one drag and drop using the Mac and when   
instructions for doing a drag and drop says to drag and drop a file or  
folder into the main content area of an application what are they  
meaning? For example the application found at http://www.gracion.com/enclose/index.html 
 is fully accessible with the exception of not being able to place  
files and folders in there main application content area. What do I  
need to do?
