Hi Shaun.
The drag and drop works as follows:
1: Find the item you want to drag with your VO cursor
2: press VO command f5 to move the mouse to the item you want to drag
3: Press VO command shift space to start dragging
4: Find the place with your VO cursor where you want to drop the item
5: Press VO command f5 again to move the mouse to your selected point
6: Press VO command shift space again to drop the item.
I haven't tried the program you have posted a link to, but I'll check
it out to see if it works. I use drag and drop while changeing the
language in the system prefferences..
