Broadvoice will do either one, let you use your own stuff or provide an
adapter. I was going to use that, but I had to cancel because I ran into a
snag where I would've needed to fax the credit card itself and a form that I
would've needed help to fill out just to authorize the charge. Since the
cable phone I had didn't support faxing and I didn't even have a fax
machine, I thought it too risky and went with AT&T to get the number
transferred to the new apartment until I got the cell phone.
