Sound RTS

Hi list. I'm trying to run Sound rts and I've installed all but pyojc  
because it's apparently all-ready installed. But when I run sound  
rts.pyc it opens in terminal. How do I play it in terminal or is this  
not what it's supposed to do? Please help asap.
