When I control click it it makes the terminal window come up. When I
open it when I'm in the python launcher it says it can't open it and
theres an ok button.

/click the run button at the bottom right of the window and you
should be good to go.
From then on, you should be able to select 'open' from the context
menu on the .pyc file itself and it should open fine.
