Oh! Traffic is the problem! Oh :) I thought it was more a matter of the help
staff sifting through and finding what was relevant to theme and what wasn't.

If it's over-crowding, then sure, setup extra lists, and the support team can
sign up for the lists that work for them

Another idea is to actualy take some of the most important issues posed to the
users list(s), as it may come out in the future, and post the solutions on a
web page seperate from the users list itself.

That way when a user goes to enter a help request, the CGI script on the page
for the submission form, could scan the form text, find keywords, and submit
helpful solutions to the user, using subject lines, and then when they click
one a new page comes up that they could add to their favorites,

Votes could be tallied for how important it would be to add that solution to
the "how to" section of the OOo helpfile. Just an idea to toss back.

It's probably more work than its worth :( I hope you consider it anyway.
