If you want a website quickly, look into a CMS, like Joomla, Mambo or
Drupal. The initial learning curve may be steep but throughput is
great
once up to speed.
I recommend Kompozer or Dreamweaver instead as CMSes are hard to set
up and need to be frequently updated to have proper security. CMSes
are designed for huge websites, not simple few page sites. Also, they
frequently break and then all you get is error messages.
