I'd say better based on the number of questions about an Outlook
replacement.
I tend to agree, but again, some people simply won't make the effort,
despite it being a couple of clicks.
I dont think that is a reason not to do it, this people that don't read
wont get any worst by having this information on the website.
But if people take the time to write an email to the mailing list I think
that they do read. And for the number of this type of emails I think there
are many people that read and look around,
