Omar, just use the rack as an anchor :) , yes racks have been wanted in the server room since day1. A halfrack fits in my backseat, but I don't know of anyone at the space who can handle a full 42u at the moment (although it is in the works). I also have doubts a 42u will fit into the back room since it would have to make a turn in the sewing room. but it could be used in the main space as something else until the move. I read your listing as meaning a shelf that would attach to a rack enclosure (something that would fit on a passenger seat) is this right?, It would be nice to have for when eventually a rack is found, as I'm sure there will be a lot of stuff it could hold (cable modem, pc cases). AFAIK, we're not short on chairs, and fortunately half of them can be stacked.
