Remember that allstate commercial where the guy said something like 'this year 2 million people will deep fry their turkey, and 15 will succeed in burning their house down"? If we all try hard enough - we could be part of those elite 15 :)
Realy though, ya I'de love to help deepfry, never done it/had it, and it seems like the thing to do.
