If Omar or anybody else at SH wants to start selling stuff on Craigslist and eBay Classifieds (both free, both local) on a regular basis for the benefit of SH, I will be happy to get involved and help them. I can donate at least 4 hours a week, maybe more to the ongoing project. Properly managed and maintained, the online selling project could be a significant source of revenue for SH..
With six years experience doing online selling (Craigslist, eBay Classifieds, eBay, Etsy, Bid4All, and others) , I have the knowledge and methods to help SH be successful at raising money by selling stuff that has been declared excess or unneeded or overstock. Computers, computer components, hand tools, power tools, and small appliances sell well on both sites. I am sure that SH has lots of stuff they can and should sell. Reply by email and we can discuss this further. If the coffee is hot, I can come to SH to meet interested parties and start planning the project.
