Yep, sometimes it's a browser caching thing. Try adding a querystring with random numbers to the page to force a browser refresh (?xyz, for instance).

I've tried dumping the data outside the cfdocument and it works fine but when I simply put it in a simple tag <cfdocument format="pdf">, the browser load really slow and then I get an error message saying cannot display the document it is corrput.
