בדצמבר בשעה 18:30 בבניין שרייבר באוניברסיטת תל אביב.
לוח הזמנים של האספה הנו:
0. קבלת חברים חדשים על ידי הועד.
1. דו"ח של ועד העמותה על פעילות העמותה מאז מאי 2005.
2. הצגת חוות דעת של ועדת הביקורת על פעילות העמותה מאז מאי 2005.
3. הצגת הדו"ח הכספי של העמותה לשנת 2004 על ידי גזבר העמותה - אלון אלטמן.
4. הצגת דו"ח הביקורת והמצלות וועדת הביקורת לגבי הדו"ח הכספי לשנת 2004.
5. הצבעה על אישור הדו"ח הכספי של העמותה לשנת 2004.
6. הצגה והצבעה על ההצעה של שחר שמש לכללי הצבעה אלקטרונית לפי סעיף 19 לתקנון
העמותה.
7. הצגה והצבעה על ההצעה של אלון אלטמן לכללי הצבעה אלקטרונית לפי סעיף 19
לתקנון העמותה.
8. אם יוותר זמן, העלאת נושאים נוספים לדיון על ידי חברי העמותה.

We hereby announce Hamakor's next General Assembly, which will be at
December 18th at 18:30, at Tel Aviv University, Schriber building.
The agenda is:
0. Accepting new members by the board.
1. Status report on Hamakor's activities since May 2005.
2. Comptroller's statement about Hamakor's activities since May 2005.
3. Introduction of the Financial report for 2004 by the board.
4. Introduction of the Comptroller's report and recommendations for 2004.
5. VOTE on the 2004 financial report.
6. Discussion of proposal by Shachar Shemesh for electronic assembly in
accordance to chapter 19 of Hamakor bylaws.
7. Discussion of proposal by Alon Altman for electronic assembly in
accordance to chapter 19 of Hamakor bylaws.
6. Any other issues suggested by Hamakor members.
