Hi, "es" is maintained by lots of people so you should simply attach the "svn diff" output to a new ticket on trac.
The diff is better as it makes easy to see what's new without taking the whole file and diffing by hand. But, if you feel that there can be some errors on the translation you could ping this list for native spanish users to review the ticket or put somebody who doesn't mind on the CC field of the ticket.
