To me, solving the character encoding problems concerning newforms would be most important. http://groups.google.com/group/django-developers/browse_thread/thread/4b71be8257d42faf?hl=en We've been using newforms so far, but might have to switch back to oldforms if no appropriate solution surfaces... The choice between proper encoding and forwards compatibility is a real tough one. If a fix or an "official proposal" on how to handle this could be found and made public, we'd be more than happy.
