Because the email is legitimate, of course.  I've seen people use
"example.com" in their addresses on list posts to ensure they won't
get personal replies.  I've seen people use "nore...@personal.dom" as
their valid return address.

That kind of thing may not happen on your lists, and you may not care
to play along with the game.  Fine.  But remember, the domain, or even
the whole mailbox, in From: is only one consideration in making that
judgment of legitimacy.
