Rewrites of 5322.From headers are a serious security problem that will damage the efficacy and purpose of mail security goals of the DMARC protocol and also set a dangerous precedence for the mail framework as a whole. It is therefore out of scope. The WG will not justify nor promote rewrite proposals and will consider them as security problem to mitigate in the security section.
