I think he’s representative of one kind of enduser.

Each of us is, of course.  But that was not the point in my comment/question.

The issue is whether he/you/me are sufficiently representative of an 'average' user, where average is drawn from a population of millions (or these days, possibly billions.)  Because we aren't.

If there were benefit in talking about a highly specialized (and extremely tiny) market segment of geek users, then fine.  But we weren't.
