>> And what about the built in effect in the Soundcraft Folio FX16?

hiya Jan,

I have the basic Foloio F1 desk and a friend of mine has the FX16.

The desks mixing capabilties are basically the same. The build is
quite solid although sometime I think that the sliders could be
a little tighter. I've been using the F1 for over 6 months and I've
had no complaints. The EQ's are respsonsive although I have no gear
to test the Aux sends with as yet.

As for the FX on FX16 they are pretty standard. I would'nt go the
whole way and say they live up to the quailty of a stand alone fx
unit but it is the cheaper option.

Hope this helps
