if you program them at 175... would you mind clarifying your question, cause
it doesn't really make sense to me... 175's 175, i don't see how it would
come out "sounding 155-160." maybe your midi timing's off? horrible
latency, asio buffer problems...

Subject: [dnb-prod] new to the group, and a question

Hi,

I am a producer and engineer in Washington DC. Been
producing for 5 years, mostly hip hop,on to jungle for
the past year.I am having a seriously crappy time
getting my drums to sound decent as far as the speed
and placement of them....i program them at around 175
in the tempo area, but they always come out sounding
about 155-160,which is not the speed i am trying to
get...anyone happen to have an tips on how to get my
drums a little faster(short of using pre-recorded
breaks)?oh,and if anyone is having technical problems
with Logic or soft synths,i should be able to help...

thanks,
john
