Sometimes the Waves C4 multiband is great for masters, sometimes the L1+ does miracles with your loudness and sometimes it just kills your track. Depends on how loud things already sound. Look for db Audioware plugin pack, the compressor there is very good IMHO. I've also achieved good results with PSP Vintage Warmer wich is a valve emulator / compressor / eq combo. Whatever you do, try not to set a very high (50 more than) ms attack and high treshhold (over let's say 6 dB) because it will squash the sound big time, but that you've already might have heard.

Yea, nice one but too bad it hasn't got a gain reduction pot....I guess you do that from the mixer ? --- Drum&Bass Arena Producers Discussion List http://www.breakbeat.co.uk You are currently subscribed to dnb-prod as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
