tbh I've onyl just got my 1.7ghz so I'm not gonna do any serious upgrading
for a while. I may get some more memory though, if that'll help?

Yeah, I have some really insane spikes when using Halion and Junglist. It's
a pity as they're both great. I still have a hardware sampler, but it's
really nice being able to use loadsa inerts on Halion.

Yeah, I did do a few bits off the msconfig thing. My sysetem is running
pretty slickly, I suppose I just need to do more "bouncing", but I hate it
as I like to be able to tweak everyhting as I go. On the other hand,
perhaops having things set in stone will actually force my tracks to
actually get finished....
