Title: Re: [dnb-prod] dnb vs hip hop rmxs
Go with acapellas.
You provide the nicer elements of hip hop as well as the dnb side of it.
You're the producer so why not?

I personally like about 30% of the remixes I hear. A lot of them just don't work too well. What I'm hoping to do soon is to sit down and write tracks and put my own vocals on them since I rap also. That way I'll get beats and vocals that completely complement each other.

just out of question..has anyone here tried a hip hop dnb rmx? theres a lot of it around right now..and id love to do one because im a lover of both types of music and i love all the rmxs out there.

but..how do u do it..the hip hop beat keeps conflicting with the dnb beat i try to put in. if u use an a capella..(if you can find one..theyre too rare) you dont get the nicer elements of the hip hop tunes like strings piano etc.

any ideas welcome
