A lot of hip hop is around 85 bpm as well, which make it easy to throw a 170 bpm beat over it. I just finished remixing the track "LA Zoo" (it's on the "Friday" soundtrack if anyone has that) and the vocals fit perfectly over a rolling beat w/ a nasty bassline. Doubting mp3.com will let me put it up, but for anyone interested IM me (Evancipation) and I'll hit you up with a copy... peace...

Evan

Here's my first attempt at a DnB rmx of a Hip-Hop/Rap
track...The rapper on it is one of my friends and he
goes by Kosleon ...the track's name is "King"
My rmx's not done yet...but here it is:

just out of question..has anyone here tried a
hip hop dnb rmx? theres a lot of it around right
now..and id love to do one because im a lover of both
types of music and i love all the rmxs out there.

but..how do u do it..the hip hop beat keeps
conflicting with the dnb beat i try to put in. if u
use an a capella..(if you can find one..theyre too
rare) you dont get the nicer elements of the hip hop
tunes like strings piano etc.

any ideas welcome
