Phatmatik Pro is a real nice tool for loop slicing and re-sequencing (I'd prefer it above the sampler-recycle/wavesurgeon combo)... Unfortunately it still has a few small quirks and the author decided to no longer update/support the pc version and fully concentrate on the mac version instead. Major bummer.
