Can you say more about this particular result?

- The maximum QPS for DoT without session re-use was more than three orders of 
magnitude lower than the maximum QPS for DNS over UDP, and almost three orders 
of magnitude lower than DNS over TCP.

It sounds like the maximum QPS for DoT was about the same as for DNS over TCP. 
How much is "more than" and "almost"?

Also, can you say why Verisign didn't measure using TCP session reuse?
