I seem to remember that some time back (two years or so?) RIPE-NCC
also published data points and they were in about the same range.

Some searching reveals:

        Ref: ripe-352
Title: Measuring the resource requirements of DNSSEC
        Author: Olaf Kolkman
                RIPE NCC / NLnet Labs
        Date: October 2005
        Format: PDF=5367108

The URL for this: ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/docs/ripe-352.pdf.

Already three years ago, time flies
