because the RFC Editor really wants an "Updates to RFCxxxx" section. I
can try do some more cleanup around that section though.

1. Yes, the RFC editor (and the IESG) *really* do like the "Updates to
RFCxxxx" section. As I've learned, it pays to be very explicit there.
2. Thanks for all these updates Warren. Once we get a new version I'll
start another WGLC to address these.
