This would only be useful for zones whose children don't change often and whose TTLs are long. Many TLDs don't have those properties. Let's focus on the ones that do.

And are small enough, so it is mostly the new gTLD vanity domains. I'd
rather not preload those 500 domains every couple of hours/days.
