I'm afraid there will be too little interest and we may end up with unacceptable logos which "win" just because there are no others. Therefore we need to set a treshold to first reject those that we don't like. After that the same group that works on the site can judge if we select only a few (but I doubt we will have too many).


Yes, clearly. But instead of rejecting completely it would be more appropriate to work *with* the designers and guide them if they're off track.

We need someplace to send graphics and some way for our "jury" to review the banners.

They can just send them here and we will put the graphics somewhere on apache.org (the URL should be advertised ahead)
