First register yourself so that you can edit the wiki.  Have you done any
wiki-editing before?

If not "Don't Panic", just translate the content and let other people
handle making the titles and bold bits look right.  Some people specialise
in wiki-mark-up and others focus on the content.  You'll gradually learn
the mark-up because you see it working so often and it keeps out of the way
quite neatly too.
