It's done. Starting from today, no new features will be added from PR. I will create the branch 3.9 soon, but please, everybody, let's start to debug the current develop version ans send fixes. Version 3.9 should have a better compatibility with external modules that 3.8, so i think you can already check your externale modules are still working. The Changelog provides information on what was necessarly changed and may create regression for external modules.
