True Biz Id certificates can take up to two days (even renewals) due to the type of certificate it is. Geotrust vets the business authentication documentation (or duns number). Keep in mind this information is resubmitted for renewals, so it is essentially the same process.
Is your business documentation in a different language? Let me know. We can help authenticate your documentation and pass it on to Geotrust to expedite matters if this is the case. If you haven't gotten a response from Geotrust about your certificate by today, contact our support team and they will escalate for you.
