Hi all,

We're just trying to set up a client with Email Defence (and using the
Managed DNS), as requested in the email we have set the one MX record as:
(some hours back - all cleared now)

domain.com   inbound.domain.com.emailmx.com  10 

We're not getting any email through as yet to the ED portal and a quick test
in Gmail has thrown us back the error:

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 571 [EMAIL PROTECTED] prohibited. We do
not relay

The SMTP set in the EF portal is:

outbound.domain.com.emailmx.com

I'm sure we're missing something here. The guy has bought a mailbox too
(with imap) and we can't seem to find that part of the puzzle at all. Where
are the info/welcome emails on this?
