Hi all, I'm having a right time here connecting a customer's copy of Outlook 2003 SP2 to the IMAP connections on their new mailboxes. Apparently there are a host of issues with IMAP and SP2; I have not had a problem here with SP1.
So I wanted to get him back onto POP3 - at least we know that works. However I can't seem to connect to that here. I've just tried downgrading the IMAP option but wondered if anyone has some advice? We were following these instructions to connect to the email POP3/SMTP servers: http://help.webmaillogin.com./ I'm just getting the error: Send test e-mail message: The specified server was found, but there was no response from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL information is correct.
