Gordon,

we're still a few months away from launching we are working on our
delivery plan as we speak. I will request that we include a type of
visual to assist in illustrating the process.

This is the behavior that we expect will change once registrants
understand that an expiring domain name has value. what you see as a
problem I see as an opportunity that will work itself out by taking
the market to a new level of mindset. Registrants will take greater
care of their contacts and or renew the domain is the perception is
that it has value.

What you describe further on in your email is not auction but rather
the parked page product.

You will have the flexibility to customize the headers of these pages
with your branding and links of your choosing, the main portion of
the page however will contain advertising. The action regarding RCOM
was of a completely different nature (new domains vs. expired
domains) and their registration contracts were not properly written
to allow for such advertising at the front end.
